SPORTIAMO reserves the right to accept or refuse placed orders and in any case until stocks last.
Items for sale may be temporarily unavailable; in such cases, customers will be notified by email within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchase order. Should the ordered item no longer be available, we reserve the right to cancel the received request, crediting back any amounts paid.

Goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore customers are advised that any claim for damaged goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, by signing the receipt with reservation indicating the type of damage.
