SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY
Shipping costs for Italy are free for orders over €150.00 (excluding gift cards, which are sent via email).
Below this amount, the rates are as follows:

Sportiamo delivers its products via synthetic carriers. Products will be entrusted by Sportiamo to the specialized courier within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
On the day of shipment, the Customer will receive an email with tracking details.
For the protection of our customers, shipments are always insured for breakage, theft, or loss.
Shipping costs are generally borne by the Customer and are explicitly indicated at the time of placing the order.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to verify their integrity and, should there be any doubts regarding their integrity, must indicate this on the delivery receipt.
For shipments, we use anti-breakage packaging.
Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday, mostly from 9 AM to 6 PM.
The Customer will have 10 business days from receipt to verify the integrity of the goods and to report any damage to sportiamo at the email address sportiamo@live.it. Sportiamo will refund the Customer within 10 business days of the notification.
