SHIPPING AND WITHDRAWAL

Consumer Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 (in Gazz. Uff., 21 June, n. 143). - Implementation of Directive 91/1/EC concerning the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. The provider of the requested services or products is Angela Leggieri, with registered office in "Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, 5, 85029 Venosa PZ Tel 3383525466". Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order concluded online without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, subject to the following conditions. The right of withdrawal lapses: 

 For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents)

  • Even partial use of the good and any consumables
  • The lack of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging
  • The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, SPORTIAMO will return the purchased item to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a WhatsApp message..
The Communication must contain:  

  1. the expression of the will to avail oneself of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999
  2. the indication of the product/s for which the right of withdrawal is exercised
  3. the details of your bank account (this to allow the return of the due amount).
To obtain a Refund, the Customer must, at their OWN EXPENSE, send the processed products back to the following Address:

The return shipment MUST take place within ten working days of receipt of the goods and CAN be carried out by any carrier/courier/shipper the customer deems most appropriate. Refund method: SPORTIAMO will refund by bank transfer (or other form of payment) as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receiving the Communication. The refund refers to the price of the returned product/s. It is expressly understood  

 


  that the costs of returning the product to SPORTIAMO will be borne by the customer.
